Addeus does not invent targets: it relies only on the people you have added to your campaigns who are listed in “Your sources.”
If you want to change who is being targeted:

Go to Campaigns,

Click on the eye icon,

Add or remove the person from the campaign.
👉 You always stay in control of your targets.
